lovely stay
friendly staff comfortable bed
the staff are really friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated victor from brazil, as we had a good chat during breakfast (the breakfast was great!). the bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, so i slept well.

warm greeting super clean room modern decor friendly staff
The reception staff greeted my friends and me warmly upon arrival. Our room was spotlessly clean with modern decor. I found the bar staff to be very friendly. Breakfast included the best scrambled eggs. I appreciated the central location, only about 3 minutes walk from Patrick's street.
I noticed the nearby multi-story carpark is convenient. I found it quite expensive, especially for longer stays.

the location was perfect and convenient. i found the staff friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the discounted parking right next to the hotel was certainly useful. my room was modern and clean.
the room i stayed in felt a bit small , especially with luggage.

The room was very clean and modern. the location is very convenient. the ladies at the reception were super friendly and cute! it is a charming hotel, it offers good service and cleanliness. I would book again.
I paid extra for a river view room. I received a standard room initially, though this issue got resolved quickly.

small room uncomfortable pillows
The room was quite small! We paid a considerable amount for a night. It also had a view of another building, very disappointing. The pillows were also not comfortable. They had no shape at all. I do not believe the room was worth the money we paid.

fantastic stay
comfortable bed lively atmosphere
the hotel is centrally located. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. the room was very clean (it looked brand new!) and the bed was very comfortable. i enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the bar area. i found everything to be well maintained and spot on.
the orange juice at breakfast tasted very watered down. i think this detail could be improved. it was like diluted orange juice.
